The four "Traditional Houses" are located in a typical quiet neighborhood of Parikia, in the heart of the old town, a 3 to 15-minute walk from the Market, the port, the main beaches, bus station & clubs. They have autonomous entrance & are set around a common yard with aged olive, apricot, banana & orange trees. They're designed in the old-fashioned Cycladic style, built with traditional material like stone, wood etc. • Orange Tree House for 2-5 is 50m² big on two floors: Ground floor has an ample entrance hall, living room with comfortable sofa that turns into 2 single beds and an armchair/single bed. Also, shower bathroom and well-equipped spacious kitchen opening to the yard. On the upper floor there is a private double bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom. Air-condition is included in the living room & the bedroom. • Lemon Tree House for 2-5 guests, is a 50m² house on the first floor. It has a living room with sofa that opens into 2 single beds and an armchair/single bed. Also a sunny double bedroom with a small balcony overlooking the town and access to the common yard. There is one shower bathroom and a kitchen with dining table. Main rooms are air-conditioned. • Rodia House for 3-4, 45m². Living room with sofa-bed, dining corner and wide window looking to the yard. Also small resting room with fire place, private double bedroom, kitchen, shower, air-condition. • Jasmine House for 2-3 guests, 25m². One double bedroom (double, single beds), comfortable kitchen with dining corner, shower bathroom and air-condition.
